If you have purchased an ADA Assurance support contract with a ‘guaranteed fix’ service level agreement, please ensure you have your contract number to hand and then simply call the ADA Assurance helpdesk on 08702 644305, or email helpdesk@ada-assurance.co.uk

Alternatively, if you have not purchased an ADA Assurance support contract, we will always try and provide remote assistance in order help you with your problem. Dependent on the nature of the problem however, remote assistance may not always be of any benefit. Please call our technical helpdesk during office hours (Mon to Fri, 9am to 5pm) on 0844 871 8099 or simply log an issue by completing the below form:
