It is our policy to maintain a Quality Management System (QMS) designed to meet the requirements of ISO 9001 in pursuit of our business objectives.
We achieved ISO 9001 certification in 2007 and have continually maintained this certification following annual independent audits of our QMS by the British Assessment Bureau.
Our Quality Manual defines our quality objectives and key procedures and is available to all clients or prospective clients upon request.
Customer service is an essential part of the QMS and to ensure this is fulfilled all employees receive training to ensure awareness and understanding of quality and its impact on customer service.
The requirements of our QMS are mandatory and all company personnel have a responsibility and obligation to it.
Health & Safety
ADA Networks has committed to the Health and Safety policies established by the Operations Director of ADA Networks.
ADA Networks is committed to familiarising staff with these policies.
Our Health and Safety Management System (HSMS) has maintained OHSAS 18001 certification since 2012 and applies to all business activities.
